From working as an investor in the Tactical Opportunities Group at Blackstone to being Head of Investments at Roc Nation, he has a proven track record in strategy development and executive management. As Co-CEO of Monolith, he places great emphasis on elevating brand experiences at every touchpoint to build customer loyalty and drive top-line growth. When Pierre isn’t helping businesses reach the next level, he loves playing sports, surfing, and hanging out with his family.

Jonathan is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in helping businesses navigate market uncertainties, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities. Prior to co-founding Monolith, he spent more than 10 years in principal investing and private equity, working most recently as a Principal for Blackstone Credit where he focused on distressed and special situations investing. Now, he leverages that knowledge in his role as Co-CEO to provide smart, strategic direction and drive profitability for our brands. In his free time, Jonathan loves spending time with his wife and kids, and plays soccer or goes fly fishing any chance he can get.

Cody’s life is equally dynamic outside of the office, from adrenaline-pumping mountain bike rides to hanging out with his family.
